Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  
  
• Contact potential customers and understand their travel requirements.
  
  
• Promote domestic and international travel packages to prospective customers.
  
  
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  
  
• Build customer relationships and provide timely responses to travel-related enquiries.
  
  
• Coordinate with internal teams, maintain lead records, and work towards achieving sales targets.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Any graduate with a strong interest in sales and business development.
  
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Basic knowledge of computers, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  
  
• Strong willingness to learn, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  
  
• Ability to communicate with customers confidently and understand their requirements.
  
  
• Target-oriented mindset with good negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
