The Role

As our Business Development Executive, you will be out in the field connecting directly with local business owners, hiring managers, and HR leaders across Woodbridge and the surrounding GTA. You will build long-lasting relationships, uncover hiring pain points, and position our staffing services as the ultimate solution for their workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Field-Based Business Development: Conduct face-to-face visits to local light industrial, warehouse, corporate, and commercial hubs to generate new client opportunities.
  

• Pipeline Management: Identify hiring decision-makers, track leads, and manage a robust client pipeline from initial contact to account onboarding.
  

• Solution Selling: Consult with clients to understand their temporary, permanent, and seasonal staffing challenges, presenting tailored service packages.
  

• Community Outreach: Represent the agency at local job fairs, trade shows, business associations, and networking events across the GTA.
  

• Team Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal delivery and recruitment team to translate client requirements into successful placements.
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Canadian Work Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional sales or recruitment experience in Canada.
  

• Vehicle & License: Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable personal vehicle for daily local travel (woodbridge & surrounding GTA areas).
  

• Immediate Availability: Ready to step into the role and start hitting targets immediately.
  

Ideal Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B field sales, territory business development, or recruitment agency sales (staffing agency experience is highly preferred).
  

• Strong familiarity with the commercial and industrial business landscape across the GTA.
  

• Exceptional interpersonal, cold-outreach, and negotiation skills.
