Leadership Programs & Client Development Advisor

V2F Life Design is seeking a Leadership Programs & Client Development Advisor who wants to put professional experience to work in personal development and leadership education. We partner with a global education organization offering established programs focused on mindset, leadership and success potential.

This role calls for someone who sees possibilities, asks useful questions and takes action without waiting to be directed. You might have built those habits while managing a team, teaching, consulting, serving clients or developing business. We welcome out-of-the-box thinkers who are prepared to learn the practical skills behind a new professional direction.

How you contribute

Start the conversation: use digital marketing and established resources to generate your own inquiries from prospective clients.

Understand the person: explore their interests, what they want to change and what they hope to learn through an introductory phone or video conversation.

Make the information useful: explain the available education programs accurately, arrange presentations and help people understand the process.

Follow through: keep clear contact notes, agree on next steps and maintain respectful, consistent communication.

Develop your approach: take part in training and mentorship, review your activity and apply what you learn.

This is remote, self-employed work as an independent contractor. Flexibility comes with responsibility for consistent marketing, client conversations and follow-up.

Requirements

What you bring

• Five or more years of professional experience, preferably involving clients, teams, education, consulting or business development.
• An ability to build rapport while asking direct, thoughtful questions.
• Confidence discussing programs and next steps by phone and video.
• Willingness to learn digital marketing, generate leads and participate in sales conversations.
• Initiative and the discipline to complete follow-up without close supervision.
• An interest in leadership education and applying personal growth principles.
• A computer, dependable internet access and a suitable workspace.
• At least two focused hours per day for activity and training.
• Understanding of self-employed contractor status

You do need a willingness to learn, practice and take responsibility for your activity.
