We are looking at energetic and passionate HR Practitioners who believe in entrepreneurial spirit and who know how to build a careers for people. The primary role would be to understand what the client wants, search the candidates through non-job site means, and then coordinate with the clients to close the position. We are looking at someone who can understand the role, do proper screening, and behave like a career guide to the candidates.

This role is not for searching resumes through a job portal we are looking at expertise of sourcing candidates who are hidden and are really best fit for the role.

Requirements

If you are passionate about recruiting, know that recruitment is beyond Job Sites, and believe you can sustain yourself as an entrepreneur as per your own time, as per you own schedule, and whom we can trust with our clients, then we are looking for you.

An ideal person would have maturity in recruiting or Human Resources and would not be engaged in any current assignment, or would not have any current contract prohibiting them from engaging in this role.
