Software Engineer, C/C++

About ADGT Advanced Digital Gaming Technology (ADGT) provides gaming payments solutions and gaming hardware to licensed operators in the United Arab Emirates. The Company is regulated by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) and operates from Abu Dhabi, supporting the build-out of the UAE's regulated gaming sector. Our solutions span secure payment systems, cashless and cash-handling infrastructure, AML and compliance tooling, credit and marker services, electronic table game peripherals, and customer-facing kiosks. We work directly with GCGRA-licensed operators and integrated resorts to deliver technology that is secure, auditable, and compliant by design. The Software Engineer, C/C++ will take ownership of core payment switching and transaction processing flows across the organisation’s acquiring and issuing platforms. The role requires strong development experience in C/C++, SQL and ISO 8583 messaging standards, with a strong understanding of payment processing architecture and transaction lifecycles. Exposure to acquiring, issuing, card processing and high-volume payment environments is essential. Additional experience with Go or Python would be considered advantageous. The successful candidate will support the development, optimisation and operational stability of mission-critical payment systems within a fintech infrastructure environment.

Essential Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 5-10 years’ experience in software engineering.
