Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with an Illinois school district to find a compassionate School Social Worker for the upcoming school year. This position centers on helping students navigate challenges that may affect their learning, relationships, behavior, attendance, and overall school experience.

What You’ll Bring to the School Community

Your work will include providing direct student support, identifying areas of concern, and helping develop practical strategies to address social-emotional and behavioral needs. You’ll have the opportunity to advocate for students while working alongside educators and families to coordinate appropriate services.

The role may also involve contributing to IEP development, student meetings, progress documentation, resource coordination, and crisis support as needed.

Core Responsibilities:

Provide individual or group-based support, assess student needs, document services, and participate in multidisciplinary planning. Maintain communication with families and school personnel while helping connect students to appropriate resources and interventions.

Requirements

• MSW from an accredited institution.
  
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  
• Excellent organization and case documentation abilities.
  
• Current Illinois PEL with School Social Worker endorsement.
  
• Familiarity with behavioral and social-emotional support strategies.
