What You'll Do:

🔎 Monitor customer accounts and identify overdue payments

📞 Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices

📝 Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies

📊 Prepare regular reports on account status

🤝 Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate billing

⚖️ Assist in evaluating creditworthiness of new customers

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 3 years of credit control or related experience

✅ Strong understanding of accounting principles

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✅ High attention to detail and organizational skills

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
