Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented Field Marketer with strong communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will represent our brand directly in the field, engaging with prospective clients, building relationships, and promoting our services to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field-based marketing outreach to generate new leads, pitch company services, and acquire clients.
  

• Serve as the face of the brand, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer engagement.
  

• Build and sustain relationships with potential clients through clear, persuasive, and professional communication.
  

• Travel throughout assigned territories to execute marketing strategies and achieve daily/weekly conversion targets.
  

• Track outreach activities, client feedback, and lead status to ensure efficient follow-ups.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Must speak English fluently with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in field marketing, sales, or direct customer outreach.
  

• Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License (and personal reliable vehicle if required for local travel).
