In this role, you'll connect with prospects who have already expressed interest in insurance, understand their needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and guide them toward a confident buying decision. What You'll Do

• Conduct sales conversations with pre-qualified prospects via phone and video.
• Understand customers' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
• Present solutions clearly, address concerns, and confidently overcome objections.
• Guide prospects through applications and close sales.
• Maintain an organized pipeline with consistent follow-up and accurate records.
• Partner with appointment setters to create a smooth customer experience.
• Build strong client relationships through professional, consultative communication.
• Stay current on insurance products, coverage options, and industry developments.

What You'll Bring

• An active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain quickly).
• Experience in phone sales.
• Proven sales experience and a track record of closing business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence handling objections and guiding customers toward decisions.
• The ability to build trust over the phone and through video conversations.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and pipeline management skills.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset and commitment to performance.
• A personal vehicle and authorization to work in the United States.

• Base salary + commission: Expected annual earnings of $78,000–$110,000, based on performance.
