Role Overview:

Orbit International Survey Services LLC (Orbit ISS) is seeking experienced and qualified QA/QC Inspectors and QA/QC Multi Inspectors to support onshore oil & gas and construction projects.

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in Structural and Piping inspection, with additional expertise in welding, coating, fabrication, erection, testing, and quality control activities.


Positions Available

1. QA/QC Inspector – Structural & Piping

2. QA/QC Multi Inspector

Candidates should have proven experience in structural steel and piping inspection. For the QA/QC Multi Inspector position, candidates with broader multi-discipline inspection experience covering Piping, Structural, Welding, and Coating will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct QA/QC inspections for structural steel, piping, welding, fabrication, and erection activities.
  
• Inspect piping fit-up, welding, NDE, PWHT, hydrotesting, and reinstatement.
  
• Inspect structural fabrication, erection, alignment, bolting, and welding.
  
• Monitor blasting and painting activities, including AG/UG coating systems.
  
• Verify materials, MTCs, traceability, calibration, drawings, ITPs, and specifications.
  
• Raise punch items and follow up NCRs and corrective actions.
  
• Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation.
  
• Coordinate with Client, Contractor, and Subcontractor QA/QC teams.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC inspection experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Onshore Construction.
  
• Strong experience in Structural and Piping inspection.
  
• CSWIP 3.1/3.2 or AWS CWI.
  
• BGAS Level 2 / NACE Level 2 or equivalent.
  
• ASNT Level II – PT, MT, UT, or RT.
  
• Experience with CS, SS, DSS, Inconel, and other piping materials is preferred.
  
• Good knowledge of welding, NDE, PWHT, hydrotesting, and coating inspection.
  
• Good English communication and reporting skills.
  
• MS Office – Word & Excel proficiency.
  

Preferred Candidates:

• Having own visa and valid NOC.
  
• UAE Driver's license is a plus.
  
• Immediate joiners.
