What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to towing companies and tow truck business owners.

• Introduce our commercial tow truck insurance products and services.

• Identify prospects interested in receiving an insurance quote.

• Gather accurate business and contact information from interested prospects.

• Pass qualified leads to our licensed insurance agents for further assistance.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of calls and leads.

• Work toward daily and weekly calling and lead-generation goals.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of telemarketing, outbound calling, or sales experience (required).

• A proven ability to generate leads and engage prospects over the phone.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence.

• Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls.

• A self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented attitude.

• Basic computer and data-entry skills.

• Previous insurance experience is a plus, but not required.

• Authorization to work in the United States (required).

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Reliable transportation to our in-office location in West Babylon, NY.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Guaranteed hourly pay of $17.50.
