Position Title: Senior SAP SD & Vistex Functional Consultant
Position Type: Full-time | Remote (with up to 10-15% travel based on project milestones)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior SAP SD & Vistex Functional Consultant to lead the architecture, configuration, and optimization of our Order-to-Cash (OTC) and enterprise incentive management landscapes. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex commercial business processes and SAP functional design. You will design solutions for pricing models, complex rebate structures, chargebacks, and distributor claims using both standard SAP SD and advanced Vistex applications.
Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Configuration: Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and configuration of SAP SD (Sales, Shipping, Billing, Pricing Procedures) and Vistex modules (Incentives, Rebates, Billbacks, Chargebacks, Claims, and Deal Management).
  
• Business Process Optimization: Conduct blueprinting workshops, requirement gathering, and fit-gap analyses to align commercial strategies with SAP and Vistex best practices.
  
• S/4HANA Modernization: Optimize the core OTC data model using S/4HANA-optimized structures, leveraging Settlement Management where appropriate to simplify commercial incentive processing.
  
• Cross-Functional Integration: Oversee seamless technical integration between SAP SD/Vistex and adjacent modules, including FI-CO (Revenue Recognition, Profitability Analysis), MM, and PP.
  
• Technical Collaboration: Partner with ABAP developers and technical architects to design custom extensions, user exits, and interfaces when standard SAP functional features are exhausted, strictly adhering to a "clean core" philosophy.
  
• Testing & Delivery: Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, data migration, and cutover execution during deployment phases. [1]
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 8–12+ years of hands-on functional experience in SAP SD, with a minimum of 4–5 years dedicated to implementing and supporting Vistex solutions.
  
• Core SD Expertise: Deep expertise in SAP SD Master Data, Pricing Procedures, Access Sequences, Condition Types, Available-to-Promise (ATP), Credit Management, and Billing.
  
• Vistex Specialization: Expert knowledge in Vistex IP (Incentive Administration) and DM (Data Maintenance) concepts, including calculation line items, deployment codes, matrix structures, status flows, and accrual/settlement frameworks.
  
• Platform Proficiency: Proven experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments and navigating structural changes, such as the evolution from traditional SD indexes to CDS views.
  
• Soft Skills: Strong consultative mindset with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical business stakeholders.
