Role Overview

The Digital Transformation & AI Intern will work directly with senior consultants and leadership to support internal projects focused on business growth, AI adoption, cybersecurity awareness, website enhancement, sales automation, and digital innovation.

This role provides hands-on exposure to real client environments, emerging AI technologies, cloud platforms, CRM systems, business analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation

• Build and test AI-powered business workflows.
  
• Support Microsoft Copilot implementation projects.
  
• Assist in creating AI Agents and automated business processes.
  
• Develop prompt libraries and knowledge bases.
  
• Research emerging AI technologies and use cases.
  
• Create proof-of-concept AI applications.
  

Website & Digital Marketing

• Assist with PowerData Group website enhancement initiatives.
  
• Improve SEO performance and content structure.
  
• Create website content and landing pages.
  
• Analyse website traffic and engagement.
  
• Support lead generation campaigns.
  

Data & Analytics

• Build dashboards and reports.
  
• Analyse business and marketing data.
  
• Create Power BI visualisations.
  
• Support data quality and governance activities.
  
• Perform data cleansing and transformation tasks.
  

CRM & Business Systems

• Configure and support Zoho CRM.
  
• Assist with Zoho One integrations.
  
• Create workflows using Zoho Creator.
  
• Support candidate and client management processes.
  
• Maintain CRM records and reporting.
  

Cybersecurity & Governance

• Research cybersecurity frameworks.
  
• Assist with Essential Eight documentation.
  
• Support DISP-related activities.
  
• Review cybersecurity awareness materials.
  
• Participate in risk assessments.
  

Business Development

• Research government procurement opportunities.
  
• Support tender preparation.
