Require a Business Support Assistant: Supply Chain in Harare, Zimbabwe

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the supply chain management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels, tracking shipments, and coordinating with vendors to maintain optimal stock availability.
  
• Prepare and analyze reports related to logistics performance, cost management, and delivery timelines to support data-driven decision-making.
  
• Facilitate communication between internal departments and external partners to resolve logistical challenges and improve process efficiency.
  
• Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities, contracts, and documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
  
• Support the planning and execution of distribution strategies to meet customer demands and service level agreements.
  

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional work experience in business management or a related supply chain field.
  
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of supply chain principles, logistics coordination, and business support functions.
  
• Exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
