Job Description

We are hiring skilled and technically capable candidates for a Printing Technology & Bookbinding opportunity in Germany. Candidates with experience in industrial bookbinding, paper processing, machine operation, production, or packaging machinery are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up cutting and folding machines.
  

• Monitor and control production processes to ensure smooth operations.
  

• Maintain high-quality standards for finished products.
  

• Perform regular quality inspections and identify production defects.
  

• Carry out minor machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  

• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient machine operations.
  

• Work independently and carefully throughout the production process.
  

Requirements

• Preferably completed vocational training as an industrial bookbinder, with good technical knowledge of cutting and folding.
  
• Alternatively, a vocational qualification in a trade or technical field, with strong practical skills and technical understanding.
  
• Experience in a production facility is an advantage, ideally in paper processing.
  
• Candidates with experience as machine fitters, plant operators, or packaging machinery mechanics are also welcome.
  
• Willingness to undergo intensive training in new areas of responsibility.
  
• German language skills at A2 level (B1 preferred).
