Retention Agent – Greece (Relocation Optional)

We are seeking experienced Retention Agents to join the client retention team of a large, regulated forex group, based in Greece. This role is responsible for managing and retaining an existing client base, re-engaging inactive clients, building long-term client relationships, and maximizing client trading activity and lifetime value. The successful candidate must have prior retention experience within the forex/CFD industry, strong relationship-building skills, and a results-driven approach.
