AI Strategy & Business Research Specialist

We are looking for an AI Strategy & Business Research Specialist with strong business research and analytical skills. The role focuses on evaluating AI-generated research workflows and outputs to ensure they meet the expectations of business users and strategy professionals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated research content and final answers.

• Review how AI breaks down and approaches business research questions.

• Assess the quality and relevance of research sources and search approaches.

• Review and improve AI use cases, classifications, and evaluation criteria.

• Perform hands-on testing using applications, Excel, and test files.

• Identify incorrect research actions, searches, or outputs.

• Provide clear feedback on research quality, logic, and accuracy.

• Recommend improvements to AI research workflows and evaluation rules.

• Ensure AI-generated results are relevant and useful for business and strategy users.

Requirements

• Experience in management consulting, business research, strategy research, or financial research.

• Strong analytical, research, and critical-thinking skills.

• Understanding of business research and strategy analysis.

• Ability to evaluate and challenge research logic and outputs.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and structured evaluation/testing.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience working with AI, LLMs, AI agents, or AI-powered research tools.

• Experience evaluating AI-generated content or research outputs.

• Experience developing evaluation criteria, business rules, or research frameworks.

• Consulting experience with strategy or business-focused clients.

Work Setup

• Once to Twice a month return to office. 
• UP Ayala Techno Hub, Quezon City

Work Engagement 

• 6 Months project contract only
