About the Role We are looking for an exceptional Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role is for someone who is highly resourceful, proactive, and relentless in finding solutions. You take ownership, build relationships quickly, and know how to make things happen without waiting for instructions. You are naturally curious, think creatively, challenge conventional recruiting methods, and enjoy solving difficult hiring challenges. Whether recruiting for commercial, operational, technical, or leadership positions, you know how to identify top talent, engage passive candidates, and move quickly while maintaining quality. Industry experience is a plus, but we value mindset, execution, adaptability, and learning ability above all else. Key Responsibilities • Own multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization. • Build talent pipelines through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, social media, and creative sourcing techniques. • Identify and engage passive candidates through innovative outreach strategies. • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver high-quality talent quickly. • Conduct professional interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, culture, and long-term potential. • Build lasting relationships with candidates and industry professionals. • Continuously improve recruitment processes and introduce new sourcing ideas. • Monitor hiring market trends and provide insights to leadership. • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Take ownership of recruitment KPIs while maintaining quality over quantity.
What We're Looking For • 3+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or headhunting experience. • Outstanding communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills. • Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities. • Highly proactive with a strong sense of urgency and ownership. • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment. • Creative problem solver who thinks beyond traditional recruitment methods. • Strong business mindset with excellent judgment and decision-making skills. • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. • Organized, detail-oriented, and execution focused. • Fluent English communication, both verbal and written. • Experience recruiting internationally is an advantage but not required. • Experience within Finance, FinTech, Technology, Sales, or other fast-growing industries is a plus but not essential.
