Salary: $140,000-$180,000
Director of Quality Opportunity:
- The Director of Quality will lead hospital-wide Quality Management, Performance Improvement, Patient Safety, and Risk Management initiatives
- Oversee regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and corrective action planning to ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal requirements
- Partner with executive leadership, medical staff, and department leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions
- The Director of Quality will oversee Compliance Program activities, including investigations, audits, policy development, employee education, and ongoing regulatory monitoring
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of professional healthcare experience in an acute care setting, with experience in Quality Management, Performance Improvement, Risk Management, or Compliance
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, CMS requirements, regulatory surveys, patient safety, and quality improvement practices
- Previous healthcare leadership or Quality/Compliance Director experience preferred, with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and policy-development skills
- Located in a scenic area with access to outdoor activities
