Content Operations Manager

Location: Remote (Europe, within ±2 hours of EET)
Type: Full-time

We run multiple online casino brands - currently Great Slots and Hyper Lucky, with more on the way - serving players across a dozen languages. Every page, promotion, and piece of localised content on those sites flows through our CMS, and we're looking for the person who owns that flow end to end.

This is not a copywriting role. It's an operations role for someone who takes pride in content being correct, complete, and live on time - in every language, on every brand - and who instinctively builds tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all content in Sanity across our brands: setting up pages and components, inserting English and localised content, keeping structure and translations consistent as brands and languages are added.
• Act as the main touchpoint between the CMS and the rest of the business - CRM, Content, Product - turning their requests into published content and flagging issues before anyone else notices them.
• Automate with AI. Actively look for ways to make content work faster with AI and scripting - bulk uploads, translation pipelines, content audits, QA checks - and build solutions that scale as our brand portfolio grows.
• Guard quality. Verify that what's live matches what was intended: no missing translations, broken formatting, or stale content. Build checks so this happens systematically, not by eyeballing.
• Pitch in on copy. Occasionally help with smaller ad-hoc content needs - a banner line, a short announcement, a quick edit. You won't be the main writer, but you can hold a pen when needed.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with a CMS (Sanity is a big plus; Contentful, Strapi, Storyblok or similar also count).
• Demonstrated interest in AI tooling and automation - you've used AI to genuinely speed up real work, not just experimented with it.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with multilingual content - you notice the missing accent, the wrong currency symbol, the untranslated string.
• Initiative: you solve problems without being told, remove your own blockers, and escalate with a proposed solution rather than just a question.
• Comfortable working across teams.
• Fluent written English.

Nice to have

• iGaming/casino industry experience (promotions, bonus terms, compliance-sensitive content).
• Basic copywriting ability for short-form marketing content.
• Additional European languages.
