As a F&B Kitchen Intern (M/F) , you will be responsible for trainig and collaborating with the hotel team in the Kitchen/Pastry team, from preparation to serving and conservation with the kitchen team, complying with internal standards and procedures in order to guarantee a quality and excellent service, exceeding customer expectations. Elaboration, conservation and organization of the mise-en-place for each of the services, minimizing product losses. Guarantee the presentation, quantity and quality of each dish of the service, based on the established standards. Check and control the proper storage of products, monitoring age and condition of all food items to rotate and maintain highest quality (FIFO). Reception, conservation and organization of the products of your departure. Maintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area. Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues. Awareness of departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team. Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines (HACCP). What are we looking for?  Positive AttitudeSympathyCustomer orientationPassion for serviceProfessional attitudeTime flexibilityWillingness to learn and evolve                                                                                                                           Availability of 6 Months - From February/March - August/September 2027                                                                          English fluent and Portuguese is preferred (although is not an exclusion factor)Currently studying Hotel Management or related fieldEU passport and/or Swiss B Permit holderWorking requirements: EU citizen or Permit VISA.Why choose us?
