Test Manager (Trainee) (M/F)

Main Responsibilities:

• With testing center team :
  • Define project test strategy and collaborating with project managers to plan testing activities. (Deliverables, milestones & scope, environments, Testing effort & Test plan)
  • Overseeing test design and execution, ensuring the coverage and effectiveness of campaigns
  • Managing defect tracking and resolution throughout the project lifecycle in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Guaranteeing the consistency and quality of test reports, ensuring they comply with standards, templates, and rules.
  • Leading and facilitating GO/NO GO meetings for UAT, non-regression, and production phases.
  • Ensuring documentation and reporting are complete and compliant with audit requirements.
  • Learn and document the testing methodology supported by the bank.
  • Setup of new testing tool Xray
  • test case migration between HP ALM and Xray
  • Support the training of users on the new testing tool (Xray)
  • Building the testing consolidated dashboards on the new testing tool (Xray)

Skills and qualifications Required

• Student BAC + 3/5 on economics / project management / IT oriented
• You are creative, take initiatives always in the respect of team working and company,
• You are open minded, problem and quality focus, team oriented, and are always looking for constructive solutions,
• You respect your commitments with high quality deliverables,
• You are self-motivated and flexible. Excellent interpersonal skills for one-on-one or group situations,
• Excellent organization, tracking, and follow-up skills with project management knowledge
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) required
