Are you an SLP looking to make a meaningful impact in a school-based setting? Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with an Illinois school district to recruit a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with students and collaborating with educational professionals to address diverse communication needs.
The SLP will provide individualized speech and language services while helping students develop skills that support classroom participation, academic progress, and positive social interactions. You’ll work closely with teachers, families, and related service providers to coordinate care, implement effective interventions, and promote consistent communication support across school environments.

The SLP will provide individualized speech and language services while helping students develop skills that support classroom participation, academic progress, and positive social interactions. You’ll work closely with teachers, families, and related service providers to coordinate care, implement effective interventions, and promote consistent communication support across school environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy tailored to individual student needs.
- Develop and monitor communication goals aligned with IEPs.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical recommendations.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Track student progress and modify intervention strategies as appropriate.
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and identify areas requiring intervention.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements.
- Address areas such as articulation, receptive/expressive language, fluency, voice, and social communication.
Requirements
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively within a school-based multidisciplinary team.
- Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for Illinois licensure.
