Summary
We are seeking an experienced Windchill Developer and Associate Consultant to join our IT Services division. In this pivotal role, you will leverage over seven years of professional expertise to drive the lifecycle of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. Your primary mission involves managing the end-to-end development, configuration, and maintenance of PTC Windchill environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. This position is critical for optimizing our product data architecture, resolving complex technical challenges, and delivering robust documentation that supports our strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure high-quality delivery of PLM applications.
  
• Manage ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization of PLM application ecosystems.
  
• Design and develop custom interfaces to facilitate smooth data exchange and integration between Windchill and external systems.
  
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to generate actionable reports and insights for stakeholders.
  
• Author and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
  
• Execute customization of PTC Windchill infrastructure to align with specific business requirements.
  
• Lead the implementation and configuration phases of Windchill projects from inception to deployment.
  
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain system stability.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in software development, specifically within the IT Services sector.
  
• Proven expertise in managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for enterprise applications.
  
• Strong background in PLM application maintenance, support, and lifecycle management.
  
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage application interfaces for complex integrations.
  
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques and the creation of detailed reporting mechanisms.
  
• Skilled in producing technical documentation and design specifications.
  
• Deep knowledge of PTC Windchill customization, infrastructure management, and system configuration.
  
• Extensive experience in executing Windchill implementation projects.
  
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities for troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents.
