Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to generate meaningful business insights and support informed decision-making.

Freshers with a relevant educational background and foundational data analysis skills may also be considered for the Trainee Data Analyst position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, performance gaps, and business opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Microsoft Excel,
  Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from databases.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
• Generate actionable insights to support business planning and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Conduct ad hoc data analysis and present findings to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting systems and databases.
• Assist in automating reports and improving data workflows and reporting efficiency.
   

Job Specification

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Freshers with relevant qualifications and foundational technical skills may apply for the Trainee Data 
  Analyst position.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, querying, and manipulation.
• Practical knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Understanding of data analysis, reporting, KPI monitoring, and basic statistical techniques.
• Familiarity with data modeling and database management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or Business Intelligence systems.
• Relevant certifications in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Data Analytics.ti
