What you will do

• Help create calm, predictable routines and welcoming learning spaces.
• Support emotional regulation, positive relationships and re-engagement.
• Use agreed de-escalation and restorative approaches.
• Contribute practical observations to pupil-support planning.

What you will bring

• Relevant SEMH, behaviour, youth or school-support experience.
• Resilience, empathy and clear professional boundaries.
• QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
