Always demonstrate availability to accompany and help teams in the suggested tasks always complying with the standards and service procedures, in order to guarantee the provision of a service of quality and excellence, exceeding customer expectations. During the Internship you will have the opportunity to integrate our F&B Team dealing and sharing experience with our Chefs, F&B Director, Kitchen, bar and Groups & Events Team in order to acquire professional experience and continuous improvement side by side with our most experienced professionals.You will be challenged to put into practice the knowledge acquired and learn the day-to-day service, from the preparation of mise-en-place, tables and spaces, reception of customers in our 2 restaurants, 3 bars including, Sky Bar, Seen by Oliver , Cervejaria da Liberdade, some of the most popular spots in Lisbon and also accompany and help our groups and events team delivering service in our 13 meeting rooms with capacity up to 400 people,  providing a service of quality and excellence, exceeding customer expectations.       What are we looking for?  Positive AttitudeSympathyCustomer orientationPassion for serviceProfessional attitudeTime flexibilityWillingness to learn and evolve                                                                                                                           Availability of 6 Months - From February/March - August/September 2027                                                                          English fluent and Portuguese is preferred (although is not an exclusion factor)Currently studying Hotel Management or related fieldEU passport and/or Swiss B Permit holderWorking requirements: EU citizen or Permit VISA.Why choose us?
