Dutch/Flemish-Speaking Customer Care Specialist | Automotive

We're partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Dutch/Flemish-speaking Customer Care Specialists for an automotive after-sales project in Lisbon, Portugal.

You’ll support customers across European markets with general enquiries, vehicle recall campaigns and after-sales cases, managing each request from first contact through to resolution. The position operates Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, giving you your weekends free.

Your Role

• Handle customer enquiries and provide clear, professional assistance

• Manage customer cases from initial contact through to resolution

• Provide information and guidance regarding vehicle recalls and after-sales services

• Accurately update customer and case information in internal systems

• Ensure every interaction delivers a positive customer experience

• Meet established service and quality standards

Your Qualifications

• Native/C2 Dutch or Flemish

• English B2/C1 or above

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach

• Good computer literacy

• Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre is an advantage
