.NET Developer — DHS/TSA (Remote)

This is a remote position.

CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Active DHS clearance (any level) OR an active Top Secret clearance from any agency. U.S. citizenship required. A Secret clearance alone or a Public Trust alone does not meet the bar for this role.

Velocity Talent is recruiting a Full-Stack .NET Developer to support a DHS/TSA program delivered by FCG. The role is fully remote within the United States; the supported program office is in Springfield, VA.

What you will do

• Build and maintain full-stack .NET applications across both back end and front end.
  
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using Angular or React with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  
• Write queries against and navigate schemas in Microsoft SQL Server.
  
• Apply object-oriented design and deliver in an Agile/Scrum team using Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.
  

Required

• Active DHS clearance at any level, or an active Top Secret clearance from any agency.
  
• U.S. citizenship.
  
• 3+ years of hands-on .NET development (C# with ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, or .NET Framework), full-stack.
  
• A modern front-end framework (Angular or React) plus HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  
• Microsoft SQL Server: writing queries and navigating schemas.
  
• Object-oriented design; Agile/Scrum delivery with Git, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  

Preferred

• Microsoft Power Platform experience.
  
• Federal enterprise program support; direct DHS, TSA, CBP, or ICE delivery.
  
• Section 508, FISMA, FedRAMP, or NIST 800-53 familiarity.
  
• Azure or Microsoft Government Cloud application delivery.
