Cleaner – Bolton BL1

Pay Rate: £14.26 per hour
10.75 hours per week
Temporary Holiday Cover – until 26 September 2026

We are recruiting for a reliable Cleaner to provide temporary holiday cover at a professional banking premises in Bolton, BL1.

The position involves lone working and key-holder responsibilities, so applicants must be dependable and comfortable working independently.

Duties

• General cleaning throughout the premises
  
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
  
• Cleaning offices and communal areas
  
• Cleaning and sanitising washrooms
  
• Emptying bins and replacing liners
  
• Wiping and sanitising touchpoints
  
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  
• Following site security and health & safety procedures
  

Requirements

• DBS check required
  
• Adverse credit check required
  
• 2 years’ employment history required
  
• Employment history must be obtained through the GOV.UK Get Proof of Employment History service
  
• Valid Right to Work documentation
  
• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
  
• Comfortable with lone working
  
• Comfortable being a key holder and using an alarm panel
  
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
  
• Able to use the telephone time and attendance clocking system
  

Working Hours

Monday: 5:00pm – 6:45pm
Tuesday: 5:00pm – 6:45pm
Wednesday: 5:00pm – 6:45pm
Thursday: 5:00pm – 6:45pm
Friday: 5:00pm – 6:45pm
Saturday: 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Sunday: No work

Total: 10.75 hours per week

£14.26 per hour
