What You'll Do

In this role, you'll take ownership of the customer journey and:

• Connect with prospective clients through phone and video calls.

• Build rapport and establish trust in a virtual environment.

• Educate clients about available insurance solutions and explain their benefits.

• Recommend solutions based on each client's individual needs.

• Guide qualified prospects toward a purchasing decision and close sales.

• Work with your team and leadership to improve your sales skills and results.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

• Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agents

• Experienced in sales (door-to-door, solar, car sales, high ticket sales, etc.)

• Confident and comfortable communicating by phone and video.

• Naturally good at building relationships and connecting with people.

• Motivated by goals and personal achievement.

• Coachable and willing to learn new skills.

• Resilient and able to stay positive when faced with challenges.

• Comfortable working in a remote environment.

• Interested in building a long-term career in sales and insurance.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is a commission-only position designed for individuals who want their earning potential to be directly connected to their performance.

• Expected earning potential: $70,000–$250,000+ annually
