Nurse Supervisor Opportunity:

• Full-time, direct hire position
  
• Schedule: 3(12)-hour weeknight shifts, 7p-7a
  
• Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation
  
• The Nurse Supervisor will serve as a fundamental liaison between the staff, administration, and management. Oversee and supervise staff with daily feedback, annual evaluations, and delegating responsibilities
  
• Play a crucial role in the development and implementation of personalized care programs and policies by building meaningful relationships with patients and understanding their needs for well-being

Nurse Supervisor Requirements:

• Must have an active GA or compact state RN License
  
• 2+ years of recent inpatient hospital experience
  
• Previous experience in a leadership role such as Charge or Lead Nurse is required
