A leading home health organization in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing team!

Pay: $65/hour+

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule
Guaranteed weekly pay
Mileage reimbursement provided

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and coordination
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient-centered care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required
Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required
Minimum of one year of Physical Therapy experience required
Home health experience strongly preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification required
Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle required
