Speech Pathologist – Perth (Southern Suburbs)

Location: South Perth and surrounds (community-based + Schools + Clinical hub access + WFH)
Type: Full-time or part-time
Relocation: Yes — support available within Australia or internationally

Looking for a Perth-based role where your work matters — and your workplace does too?

At Connect2Care, we believe therapy should be meaningful, flexible and well-supported. Whether you're starting out or stepping up, we’ll give you the tools, team and trust to thrive.

We're growing across Brisbane — and we're looking for Speech Pathologists who are passionate about delivering real outcomes, with the support of a multidisciplinary team behind them.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide therapy across communication, literacy, swallowing, language and social skills

  • Work with clients in homes, schools, clinics, and the community

  • Deliver services via telehealth, community visits, and at our Brisbane hubs

  • Complete assessments, AT recommendations and reports

  • Collaborate with experienced clinicians across multiple disciplines

  • Use great systems (not clunky ones) to keep your admin simple

New to the profession? You won’t be flying solo.

We offer a fully structured 12-month graduate program that includes:

  • A full week of induction + a couple of weeks of shadowing to ease you in

  • Weekly 1:1 supervision and clinical mentoring

  • Group mentoring, skills workshops, and peer connection

  • Regular PD, internal speakers and hands-on learning

Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • Speech Pathology degree + SPA registration (or eligibility)

  • WWCC/Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check

  • Driver’s licence + reliable car

  • Indemnity & public liability insurance

As part of your role, you will be working with children, people with disability, the elderly, and people who are vulnerable. We are committed to safety, including those of children. We have zero tolerance for abuse.

Benefits

What we offer:

  • Flexible hours + hybrid work options

  • PD allowance + paid study leave

  • Relocation support to Perth (from anywhere in Australia or overseas)

  • Clear career pathways

  • Admin support you can count on

  • KPI and loyalty bonuses

  • Laptop, phone + toll pass

  • Annual leave loading

  • Wellbeing support, EAP + private healthcare discounts

  • Unlimited drinks and snacks at all hubs

  • Social events
