Sales Representative

We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-focused sales representative to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a welcoming shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, be a good leader, and should have excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide personalised shopping assistance.
  
• Recommend products and offer styling advice based on customer needs.
  
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
  
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organised.
  
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  
• Keep up to date with new arrivals, promotions, and fashion trends.
  
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and receiving new stock
  
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  
• Prepare daily sales reports as required by management.
  

Requirements

• A minimum of an OND in any discipline.
  
• Minimum of 2 years' of experience in retail sales, preferably within a fashion store.
  
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Passion for fashion and customer service.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  
• Basic computer knowledge.
  
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude
  
• Candidates must reside in or close to Ikeja GRA, Lagos, to ensure punctuality and ease of commuting.
  

Benefits

Salary: 150,000 - 200,000net
Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos.
