Require a Customer Service in Nairobi, Kenya

• Assist with digital marketing activities to generate leads for Zuridesk.
  
• Create and manage content for social media and other digital channels.
  
• Assist with online marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
  
• Identify and engage potential customers through digital channels, telephone and other outreach methods.
  
• Respond professionally to customer and prospect enquiries.
  
• Contact prospective clients and understand their business and customer service needs.
  
• Conduct Zuridesk product demonstrations for prospective customers.
  
• Explain Zuridesk's features and benefits clearly to potential customers.
  
• Follow up with prospects after product demonstrations.
  
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, demonstrations and follow-ups.
  
• Assist with preparing marketing materials, presentations and product content.
  
• Support the team in converting leads into customers.
  
• Assist in tracking and reporting digital marketing and lead-generation activities.
  
• Learn and stay updated on digital marketing tools, customer service technology and CRM systems.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing,Teaching, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT or a related field.
  
• Previous experience working in a call centre, contact centre, BPO or customer service environment is required.
  
• Must be of Age above 25 years.
  
• Basic to good practical knowledge of digital marketing.
  
• Good understanding of social media platforms and online marketing.
  
• Excellent spoken and written English,Kiswahili.
  
• Confident and professional when communicating with clients.
  
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
  
• Comfortable using business applications, online tools .
  
• Comfortable presenting and demonstrating software to customers.
  
• Able to explain complex items in  a simple and understandable way.
  
• Good organisational and follow-up skills.
  
• Self-motivated, reliable and willing to learn.
  
• Previous experience in software sales, product demonstrations, SaaS, CRM or technology-related customer service will be an added advantage.
