? Role Overview

We are looking for a senior residential real estate leader to drive business growth across the premium/luxury residential segment. The role requires strong HNI/UHNI relationships, business development expertise, revenue ownership and deep knowledge of the Delhi NCR & Gurugram market.

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage HNI/UHNI client relationships and high-value transactions
• Drive premium residential sales, leasing & mandates
• Build developer and channel-partner networks
• Lead business development, revenue generation & closures
• Manage and mentor teams to improve pipeline and conversions
• Source property mandates and develop new business opportunities
• Represent the organization in senior client & industry engagements

? Requirements

• 8–15 years in Residential/Premium Residential/Luxury Real Estate
• AGM / GM / Regional Head / Business Head level experience preferred
• Strong HNI/UHNI & developer network
• Proven revenue and transaction-closure track record
• Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder-management skills
• Extensive Delhi NCR/Gurugram market knowledge is mandatory
• Candidates from leading IPCs strongly preferred; local broking firms may also be considered
• Cushman & Wakefield candidates are not eligible
• Relocation candidates are not considered
