  • Leadership & Subcontractor Management: Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary technical teams, specialty consultants, and remediation contractors.

  • Field & Construction Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with environmental construction oversight, remedial design implementation, and constructability reviews.

Desired Qualifications

  • Direct experience executing EPA CERCLA Remedial Design (RD) and Remedial Action (RA) programs.

  • Proven track record on Superfund and National Priorities List (NPL) site cleanups.

  • Deep technical expertise in large-scale soil/groundwater remediation, In-Situ Stabilization/Solidification (ISS), or Deep Soil Mixing (DSM).

  • Extensive experience preparing comprehensive Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) documentation, permit applications, and technical specifications.
