Payroll Specialist

A pristine small-town hospital in Northern Minnesota is seeking a full-time, permanent, REMOTE Payroll Specialist to join their thriving team!

Pay Range: $32.00 - $42.00/hour

The Payroll Specialist Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
  
• Monday - Friday within standard business hours
  
• Hybrid/Fully Remote Payroll Specialist role but must be a permanent resident of Minnesota

• Payroll Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the hospital's timekeeping and payroll systems for accuracy
  
• Payroll Specialist will assist with payroll processing, HRIS data maintenance, and the creation of reports, audits, and filings within payroll
  

Payroll Specialist Qualifications:

• Must possess a High-School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  
• Must have at least 3 years of end to end payroll experience, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting
  
• Highly desirable to have a strong HR background or any payroll certifications
