MAB Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a highly qualified Planning & Control Engineer to join our supervision team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and monitor project schedules and progress reports
Review contractors’ baseline schedules, recovery plans, and cash flow projections
Monitor project performance against approved timelines and milestones
Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients
Coordinate with supervision teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
Monitor resource allocation, productivity, and project controls procedures
Ensure compliance with project planning standards and contractual requirements
Support risk assessment, forecasting, and project performance evaluation
Participate in project meetings and provide planning-related technical support

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5+ years of total experience
Minimum One year of GCC experience
Strong experience in construction supervision projects
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project reporting tools
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to join immediately
