Key Responsibilities:

Sell the company's automotive equipment lineup across Malaysia and Singapore.
Build and execute sales plans to hit revenue targets.
Craft product and go-to-market strategies to grow specific industry segments.
Run marketing/promotional initiatives to strengthen brand presence and drive volume.
Grow market share and expand both the distributor network and customer base.
Own and nurture relationships with major accounts.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field)
2–3 years in industrial/B2B sales, ideally with exposure to automotive workshop equipment.
Track record managing distributor or reseller networks.
Self-driven, able to work independently while collaborating well under pressure.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Comfortable with frequent travel.
