Roofing Sales Representative — Insurance Restoration

DMV area storms keep the restoration pipeline full, and we need reps to work it. If you can knock a door, read a roof, and walk a homeowner through an insurance claim, you can earn a real living here. This is a self-run, full-cycle sales role: you own your deals from the first inspection to the final walkthrough, with no handoffs and no one hovering over your shoulder.

What you'll do

• Generate your own leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and your network
• Inspect roofs and exteriors to spot storm and insurance-eligible damage
• Walk homeowners through their options and the claims process
• Represent homeowners at adjuster meetings and protect the scope of work
• Close restoration and retail roofing projects and see them through completion

What we're looking for The strongest fit is someone who's already run insurance restoration deals — supplementing claims, negotiating scope, converting doors. If that's you, we want to talk.

You'll need:

• A reliable vehicle and the willingness to get on a ladder and inspect
• Comfort working on straight commission and prospecting without being managed
• The drive to build and run your own pipeline
