We are adding an RPA Support Specialist to our team to help maintain and monitor automation workflows for a Hamburg-based renewable energy firm. This client manages complex data related to energy output and grid distribution, and they rely on automated scripts to move information between their various internal systems and databases. You will be responsible for ensuring these processes stay active and troubleshooting any errors that occur during the data transfer cycles.
About Pixel Systems
Pixel Systems is a small, remote software agency. We build the tools that teams actually use every day, such as admin panels, CRM integrations, and database migrations. We do not work on flashy consumer apps or marketing sites. Instead, we focus on practical software that solves operational headaches for our clients. We believe that working code is better than a perfect plan that never ships.
Our approach is straightforward and transparent. We provide fixed quotes before we start any project, perform weekly demos to show our progress, and hand over all the code and documentation once the work is finished. We use reliable, well-tested technologies like Node, React, and Postgres because we want the systems we build to be stable and easy to maintain. We are a fully remote team of developers who prefer solving real problems over chasing technical trends.
The Role
In this role, you will be monitoring the automated bots and scripts that handle data entry and system synchronization. Much of the daily work involves checking logs to see where a process might have stalled and then figuring out the cause, such as a changed user interface or a server timeout. You will also help update existing scripts when the client changes their internal procedures or adds new software to their workflow. Since we are a fully remote company, you will manage your own daily tasks and provide clear updates to the rest of the team. This is a permanent, full-time position that is paid, and the compensation is competitive for an entry-level role in the current market.
What You Bring
Working here means focusing on the work itself rather than navigating management layers. We are a small team that values stability and honesty. You will be shipping code that helps real people, such as the operations teams at the renewable energy firm, do their jobs more efficiently. We prioritize a calm work environment where everyone is responsible for their own output. Because we are fully remote, we rely on written documentation and clear communication to keep our projects moving forward without unnecessary meetings.
We are developers who take pride in being reliable. When something breaks, we fix it, and we make sure the client knows exactly what happened. We value colleagues who are direct, honest about what they know and what they don't, and who want to build a career by creating software that just works. Our goal is to provide a stable, drama-free environment where you can build your skills while solving interesting, practical problems for our clients.
