What You’ll Do

• Prospect neighborhoods and connect face to face with homeowners
• Build trust and identify each client’s insurance needs
• Present customized Property & Casualty, Life and other insurance solutions
• Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to issued policy
• Build long-term client relationships that drive referrals and repeat business

What You Bring

• Sales, door-to-door, insurance, retail or customer service experience (preferred)
• A competitive, coachable mindset and the drive to succeed
• Confidence starting conversations with new people
• Resilience and self-motivation in a commission-driven role
• Willingness to complete licensing if hired

Compensation

• Uncapped commission plus performance bonuses
• Realistic year 1 earnings: $75,000–$150,000
• Marketing support and lead-generation resources
• Ongoing coaching, plus a path into leadership and agency management
