ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for Customer Support Executives for a Financial Voice Process. Candidates with prior Contact Centre experience and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Contact Centre / Customer Support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a voice-based process
- Good typing and basic computer skills
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
