Job Summary

Join Jureli Tech as a Technology Specialist to implement, configure, test and support our SchoolOne and AI products. Work directly with customers to understand real-world problems, provide solutions, test use cases, and collaborate with Product & Engineering to continuously improve our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer & Field Support: Visit Client locations to understand problems, troubleshoot issues and provide hands-on support.

• Implementation & Training: Configure SchoolOne/AI solutions and conduct product demos, training and workshops.

• Testing & Validation: Field-test new features, AI workflows and real-world customer use cases.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and fix configuration, workflow and data issues; provide practical workarounds.

• Engineering Collaboration: Reproduce bugs, document issues, test fixes, and coordinate with developers.

• Product Improvement: Capture customer feedback and identify product, usability and AI improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science (BS.IT, CS.IT, BCA, BE, or equivalent)

Skills

• Work Ethic & Attitude Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and honesty. Willingness to learn, take ownership, and consistently commit to a full 8-hour workday without compromise.

• Strong Technical Understanding Familiarity with full-stack software applications, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI technologies.

• Communication Skills Clear verbal and written English with the ability to explain issues and solutions effectively.

• Data & Analysis Working knowledge of Excel, including formulas, filtering, and data handling.

• Problem-Solving Detail-oriented with a logical approach to identifying and resolving issues. Customer-first mindset is essential.

• Collaboration Team players who can work well in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with different teams when required.
