Customer Relations & Retention Specialist – Remote

This is a remote position.

A Customer Relations & Retention Specialist is responsible for building strong relationships with customers, resolving concerns, and helping retain customers over the long term. The specialist communicates with customers by phone, email, or chat, identifies their needs, provides solutions, and works to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat.
Answer questions and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Build positive, long-term relationships with customers.
Identify reasons customers may want to cancel or leave.
Offer appropriate solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
