Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Field Service & Installation Executive with hands-on experience in the installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical products, heavy machinery, doors, or similar industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of products at customer sites.
  
• Attend service calls and resolve technical issues within the defined timelines.
  
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and ensure timely resolution.
  
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for service requirements and call closure.
  
• Support warranty and non-warranty service activities.
  
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper installation and product functioning.
  
• Maintain service reports, installation records, and customer documentation.
  
• Provide basic technical guidance and product support to customers.
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
  
• Travel to customer sites as per business requirements.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Service, Installation, Commissioning, or After-Sales Service.
  
• Experience in electrical products, heavy machinery, industrial equipment, doors, or related products is preferred.
  
• Hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and site service.
  
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  
• Good communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively for field service and installation activities.
