Breakfast Chef | 5-Star Hotel | Camps Bay, Cape Town

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a passionate and dedicated Breakfast Chef to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Camps Bay. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary foundation, excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver consistently high-quality breakfast service in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes in line with the hotel's standards.
Ensure food is consistently fresh, well-presented and prepared to specification.
Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
Assist with breakfast service and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Maintain an organised and clean working environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
Experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment will be advantageous.
Good knowledge of food preparation, presentation and kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy breakfast service.
Strong teamwork, communication and time-management skills.
A positive attitude and passion for delivering quality food.

Salary: R9,500 per month.
