Leadership Education & Client Engagement Advisor

V2F Life Design works in personal development and leadership education, partnering with a global organization offering established programs in mindset, leadership and professional growth. We are seeking an experienced professional to introduce these programs to prospective clients and support an organized, consultative sales process.

This remote contract role suits self-directed, out-of-the-box thinkers who enjoy learning, initiating conversations and following through. Experience in education, coaching, management, consulting, sales or client services may transfer well.

What will you do?

• Generate your own leads through digital marketing and consistent outreach.
• Conduct introductory conversations to understand prospective clients’ goals and explain available programs.
• Follow up with enquiries, maintain accurate records and coordinate next steps.
• Support clients through the enrolment process using established resources.
• Participate in training, mentorship and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Five or more years of professional experience involving communication, leadership, client relationships or sales.
• Clear written and verbal communication and a professional approach to follow-up.
• Confidence using video calls, email, online learning and digital tools.
• Ability to organize an independent schedule and maintain consistent daily outreach.
• Interest in personal development and leadership education, with a willingness to learn a consultative sales process.
• Reliable internet access and a suitable workspace.
